I live in Arizona and couldn't locate what I needed on the West Coast. I was fortunate enough to find found Italgres online and absolutely fell in love with their GLOCAL large format tile. They quickly Fedexed samples and I placed my order immediately. And the price was wonderful! Cheaper than local tile and they had it in stock. I would of waited 8 weeks if I ordered elsewhere. All of this was run through Robinson Zafra at the company. He and his staff went above and beyond in facilitating the sale and the shipping to Arizona. The tile arrived and is amazing!

Italgres is a first class tile company! It starts from the owner Juan and trickles down to his staff. He is patient and offers customer service that exceeds any other tile store I experienced! I have literally been to every tile store in Miami from low end to high end! AT Opustone I found a tile I thought was pretty. I asked for a sample to bring home to see the color. They gave me a 6inch by 6 inch piece. I asked for the large tile and they said I would have to buy an entire box and couldn't return it. I can no longer recommend this distributor. I have purchased many pallets of tile here throughout the years and have loved the tile and the service. Unfortunately, we recently received a small shipment of large tile that was damaged. The tile was stacked flat on the pallet. Large tiles are typically shipped on end. For example, our last shipment of 9 pallets from them was shipped on end, as always, and was perfect...all the way to a northern installation. If you're looking around the Miami area for a tile company with quality, honesty and integrity DO NOT go Italgres. I repeat DO NOT go there.
Initially, I was PROMISED by the seller that the tile would get to my house in 3 weeks. It took seven weeks to get to my place.
When it got to my house it had defects. All the tiles had metal markings around the edges from the machinery that does the packaging.
Seller promised me that it was ok to install because there was a cleaning product to remove it. He promised me that the tile wouldn't have any stains or markings.

My husband had stopped by the day before and had a male sales rep help him out. He had some great ideas so made an appointment for us to see him the next day. We arrived later than expected and unfortunately the original sales rep had to leave for the day (2pm) so we were introduced to another rep. He was silent and offered no help and was quickly bored by my "small" project of having to retile both my small bathrooms. He walked away to help some higher end customers. Later I asked the lady to help me. I showed her some photos of ideas i had gotten from the website "houzz"
