One of my springs broke on my garage opener. I was so surprised, and happy, to get an appointment within a day of calling Olympic. The day-of, Ryan showed up early (who does that?! LOVE it!) and was very quick. Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The work was done in well under an hour, and he took the time to make sure everything else looked good. Thank you for the quick and excellent service!

Buyer beware!!! Do not shop here, in my opinion, they are a total rip off! Measured space for my garage door improperly, then didn't take responsibility for their error. I ordered the door that Ryan said would fit, but in the end it was not the proper size for the space! In good faith I had prepaid for the door. In having to return the door, that they said was being shipped, I had to pay a 40%, $800.00 restocking fee!!! Not a good experience, so shop around, but don't shop there!!! I guess they have never heard of customer service!!!

Hats off to this company and their employees, Travis, Max, Dan, and secretary, Bea.
I went into their showroom and was shown different garage doors and, remote openers. Travis, came out to my home and gave the estimate.
This am Max and Dan arrived with my new door and completed the installation in 1 and 1/2 hours. These two men were amazing as they worked. There was no difficulty whatsoever. Max gave me a tutorial on site and made sure I knew how everything worked.
You cannot go wrong using this company.

I am a disabled senior citizen. late yesterday afternoon, after pulling my car into the garage, and closing the garage door, i heard a really loud noise. my son came to see what happened and found that the spring on the garage door had snapped. so i couldn't get my car out. this is extremely important to me because when my son goes to work, i depend on my car for errands, doc appointments, and for any emergency.
this morning we called Olympic garage door in Sequim, WA. , and they said they would come today after learning that my car was trapped inside.
they came within an hour, and quickly fixed
