Natalie and her crew are amazing! From beginning to end she was always there to answer any questions we had and make sure everything was done correctly. Super professional and knowledgable. Would highly recommend to anyone in these unfortunate situations. Was also super helpful in dealing with our home owners insurance, which can be very frustrating. Rewind is the absolute best.

They were on time or a little early. They were very friendly but also very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up and making it easier for the general contractors to come and start replacing walls, floors and vanities. I would highly recommend this company for any services. Thank you all for being so great during this silly time. Natalie and Chris? You two rock!!!

Rewind Emergency services are fantastic! I am very happy with the service and job that they did. Natalie was great with her communication and her service. She helped me with my insurance and although it did not go the way I wanted she guided me through the process and for that I am thankful! Chris came in and handled the job efficiently and did a great job. Pricing was fair and reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again if an unfortunate situation arises and will definitely refer their services to friends and family. Thanks again!

Rewind is the best! I was looking for someone to come help me after we had a pipe burst under our sink while we weren't home and called 4 different companies before Rewind saved me. They not only showed up when they said they would, they also walked me through exactly what they were going to do and what it would take to clean up and fix my problem. They were always on time during the repairs and got my work done quickly. It is so hard to find quality and honesty these days and I was lucky to find both with Rewind.

Excellent and exceptional service. Daryl, the owner of the business was very responsive to all my calls and emails. His employees are very courteous, kind and professional. Daryl went above and beyond to help save my custom made cabinets throughout the house during the dry out, I can't thank him enough.
