I hate to leave bad reviews but i guess this will may be the only way to get a response. This company had a great price to install 16x18 paver patio in my back yard. I emailed them twice and called to see what date they would be installing the pavers after i put up half the money up front , no response . They just showed up one day with out any noticed and no one being home. They did the job , looked good. Two months have gone by now and i have multiple pavers moving or lifted higher then the rest . So, i called them three times , left voice messages and emailed twice , again no response, to hopefully

We were lucky to find Paver House last summer. Ricardo came out and gave us an estimate, made suggestions, and provided answers to questions. Paver House provided the lowest price AND was very responsive compared to other vendors. We worked with Jianna to finalize color and down payment. It took a few weeks to get the install team on site but once here they did a terrific job preparing, putting down the pavers, answering questions, and completing a wall with seats.The entire patio was complete 5 days (in Sept) after work started including 2 non-work days (Saturday/Sunday). Three days of really hard work to get up the old asphalt & set the new pavers - a fantastic job with "Old Chicago 2" pavers in a random pattern.
Best price we found and a beautiful job.

Ricardo showed up on time give me a quote on the spot that was in line with other quotes that I had gotten .his men were out within a day in my driveway was done in three days it is the nicest one in the neighborhood I highly recommend paver house fast , clean and out quick and painless. I typically do not take time to sit and write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to make the exception. About a year ago we began giving thought to the idea of having a new driveway and pavers all around the house. We reached out to many contractors to get quotes. We decided to move forward and chose Paver House who were willing to honor their quote from 12 months earlier. I have to say the installation team did an outstanding job, they were punctual, worked hard and left the job site clean at the end of each day. Requested a quote gave my timeline for the work, Ricardo showed up walked the property, didn't measure. Told me to contact him closer to the date I required my work. I reached out several times by text and call with no response. Finally received a response with a per square price based on incorrect square footage. I corrected him on this and asked him to provide me the quote in writing factoring in the retaining wall and planter I needed around my new pool. Received a text back saying he will provide a written quote. No dice. Several weeks past. I am now requesting additional quotes

First appointment was missed, no call no show. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. Pablo showed up, seemed professional enough. He looked at my property and gave some ideas. We communicated over text regarding measurements, paver types, and potential ideas over the next few days before the communication stopped cold. No estimate was ever given, no replies at all. No contact for weeks now. I will be looking elsewhere. Unprofessional.
