This place was amazing. I dont know any of the owners or workers who are employed there and rarely take the time to make google reviews unless a place is exceptional. Well, this place is. I was looking for a window screen repair shop due to a prior place in Nicholasville majorly jacking up my replacement screens on two occasions. I found economy and decided to try them. I took in my original screen and the previous replacements to show all the errors from the previous business i used. Economy also discovered the prior repair establishment had not even used the proper frame for my original replacement

I recently used Economy Glass Service for a home project and a business project. The first piece of glass for the office was out their tolerance range, which was missed before the piece left the shop; EGS replaced it in days with a piece that was just right. EGS provided excellent service and the right products at a affordable price.

Do not use Economy Glass.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Scheduled an appointment, took off work, and they never showed up. When I called to see what was going on, the man said I was supposed to call him (not true, I had already confirmed the time) He then told me he was going to “throw my glass in the garbage and I could go somewhere else.” Yelled at me and hung up the phone. When I called back to speak to his supervisor he said no and hung up the phone again. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Go anywhere else.

We replaced all of our house window inserts this summer. Jeremy did our installation. We had a big job on a hot day, but he got it done and was very professional. He went the extra mile and helped me repair a small spot on one of the windows and measured for a replacement screen that we needed and got that ordered for us. Overall, very happy with the product and the service!

I’ve used these guys several times for glass table tops and I’ve always been happy with their service and pricing. Today they installed a custom shower door & enclosure and they did a great job! Very professional and friendly. Great attention to details. Good communication throughout the process of measuring, quoting, ordering and scheduling. I’d definitely recommend Newby’s Economy Glass to anyone.
