Rowland Excavating, Inc. is a family-owned company founded in 1997. We currently have 12 employees who are more like family, including our son Kurt. We specialize in a variety of services for both commercial and residential site prep. We work for numerous builders throughout Michigan and average several new home site preps per year.

Not a honest company they agreed to not run there trucks during school bus pickup in the morning and they will not keep there word truck just went by scared my kids and all the kids on the street waiting to be picked up . one is handicapped and no thought from these thoughtless a holess.

Wonderful people to work with. Top notch service! I ordered 2 loads of fill sand. They delivered quick and communication throughout the process was spot on.The driver dropped the sand exactly where I needed it. These guys know their stuff! Highly recommended.

We signed a contract with them for our septic system and after doing just the driveway they decided they are now too busy to do our septic 1 month before its needed. Extremely bad business ethics, not only did he excavate incorrectly arguing with me on the phone but then he decides that he's too booked and can no longer do our septic after we had a signed contract with them and now have to look for someone else last minute. Obviously Rob is not committed to "DECENT" customer service,if I could give 0 stars I would, he didnt even respond to my messages for the last few months but then emails me

We contracted Rowland’s to have our in-ground pool taken out and filled in. Their crew showed Up and got the job done in one day, came back the next day to do additional grading of the yard. Very professional, polite and respectful made sure we were happy with the job before they left would highly recommend them.

Rowland excavating did my yard. The company brought in loads and loads of screened black dirt. They spread all of it in two days and completed the job with smiles on their faces.
After a day of downpouring rain the dirt was everywhere. I called Rowlands again and they came back to respread the dirt so i could put grass seeds down. Thank you Rowland excavating!!! I will have a great yard in the spring.
