They tried to overcharge then when charges were disputed decided to change what type of service they were willing to offer then refused to even come to our location tho its its within there own proclaimed service area because the price was not as expensive as they were trying to charge. All of this took place without ever even being willing to come out and examine the issue. If i could i would rate 0 stars. Upon leaving initial review they then called back to try to bribe me into removing my review, would not acknowledge any miscommunication issues and stated would only be willing to come out and

So I had a bug problem for about 11 months. I tried other exterminators and nothing got rid of the damn bugs. I honestly had almost given up. Ready to move and leave everything behind. I was crossing within a crosswalk in a parking lot and the OWNER of this business blew right through it without hesitation and almost hit me. When questioned about this he responds very rudely and replies that it's not his problem and it's private property. This man does not value you or your home, will do anything just to get your money.
