Whether commercial or residential, I am fully qualified to confidently repair or replace doors, windows, screens, mirrors and showers. I needed my window screens repaired. I called on Friday after Thanksgiving. I was able to drop off my screens that day and had them back by Monday. The window guy was very professional and easy to work with.
I had 7 screens repaired and was very pleased with the workmanship and the cost of the repairs. The Glass Guy' was prompt in delivering, worked tirelessly to complete the job within the time frame, and conveyed an exceptionally distinguished project. I called Paul Vargas, The Glass Guy, on Thursday, and he came out Friday.
My problem was an 8' screen door with a bent frame due to my dog's jumping at it. Paul's initial assessment was that it would need to be replaced, but he decided to try to straighten it himself, thank goodness. Paul Vargas, The Glass Guy, is the best. I called him to replace a broken sliding glass door window and he arrived on time and quoted a price to replace the window.

This guy doesn't call back ever and I gave him multiple chances.
Called several times and after a couple weeks he called back with some excuse. By then I had already gotten what I needed.
Found that I was going to need some additional glass right after so gave him another try ( why not he had an excuse from prior time)
Never called back
Looked at other reviews seems that the no show no call seems to be the normal.
Have deleted his contact fortunately there are other great reliable glass companies.
