On my search for a forever home I came to this company for an estimate, I got absolutely nothing. The young woman that sits at the desk offered absolutely no help at all. She was completely unknowledgeable, unprofessional, and frankly, rude. She had no answers to my questions and had no interest in finding the answers. I thought this company was in the business of selling/building homes but apparently not. The so called office was full of children's toys and children, no adults to run the business or offer actual consultations. The girl was on a personal call and acted annoyed that I was inquiring

Friendly, respectful of you and what YOU want in your new home. Not only built our home, we have New friends like family to us, we love them. In a new home, no matter Who builds it little things need fixed, and all I had to do is call them and they was here to fix what ever it was. I recommend them highly.

Terrible dry wall work terrible paint work and did not meet punch list items. Master bath in corner of the wall apparently they did not use tape. The corner is cracked top to bottom. The repair they done did not com close to a repair. That is after I told the repair guy he needed to tape the corner. Never mentioned to them that our floor had 2 different lots used so the floor does not match in the master bedroom is where the break is. Recommend you thoroughly inspect before buying.
