Was told by Steve he would return my call. Never did. I called literally three to four times daily to follow up. No return call. Even if you put aside basic business etiquette your still left with basic common courtesy which he displayed none. If your reading this, please do business elsewhere.

They showed up on time and prompt. Unfortunately, the service call did not determine the problem with the microwave. He spent less than 30 mins. Diagnosing, blew a fuse I bought and didn't look further into fixing problem. A wasted $70 ( 1/2 hour) that I already knew. I called them for his expertise and got nothing in return except, I need to bring it into the shop and look at it. And then he told me that he didn't have the parts to fix it. If I didn't have the fuses I bought, he probably wouldn't have gotten as far as he did. Not recommending at all! Who comes to a house call and not have the

They thoroughly explain what they are doing, whether it makes the most sense to repair or replace, and are done with the job in a timely manner. Cavedine's fixed our TV in November 2012 with a one year warranty on the parts and service. In April 2013 the TV experienced the same problem. We have experienced the same problems of the other reviewers. The people that answer the phone claim that the parts are unavailable. Calls to the manufacturer and the parts supplier indicate that those claims are lies. It is almost August and when I called today I was told that he would check with the office and get right back to me. NOT! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CAVEDINES!!!
