Seems to be a roofing company established by dad and now run by unmotivated son. Dad more interested in running his cigar shop rather than helping run the roofing business. Chris (son) full of excuses for delaying everything. Jeff (dad) does not answer calls or return phone calls. We had a date scheduled for roof replacement after putting up with all the delays trying to get Suburban Roofing to communicate with my insurance company and they cancelled the install the day before they were scheduled to come out and replace my roof. Now will not answer emails or texts or phone calls. Seems to be an
