Critical: Responsiveness
Called on a Friday morning, was called back on Monday morning, couldn’t service until Wednesday, then supposedly repaired. Still not working properly. Called back the same day Wednesday and was told couldn’t return until Friday! Not a happy camper!!

We had a great experience today with RJ. RJ is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem and repair our refrigerator in a very timely and professional manner.
