The owner quickly arranged the pickup, diagnostic, repair, and drop-off for my small appliance repair with the same courtesy one would expect for his commercial contracts. And he is a Warriors fan. What more can you ask. Importantly he was able to fit me in with one day lead time, which made my wife very happy. Unfortunately, I experienced a very small leak that resulted in several visits from Mr. Latson. My three door Kenmore refrigerator kept losing Freon and would not make ice.

So definitely read all the reviews before you book these guys. Everything that you read on the negative review is absolutely true. If you’ll notice there’s a theme and a pattern here. This cannot be a coincidence. Basically these guys say they can fix your products and when they figure out they can’t and they’re in over their head they disappear stop taking your calls and tell you when you do talk to them that they will be back at a certain time to fix something and they never show up or make an excuse not to be there until they stop taking your calls altogether. DO NOT use this guy. He gave me a estimate on fixing my grill. I paid in advance for the parts.Over $850.00 in parts and labor would be another $375.00 when He came back to finish the job. He came back 2 weeks later to try to fix the grill. Which still did not work. He sent me a bill for $675.00 for his labor. I then text him how did the labor go up 300 more dollars. He then said oh I'm sorry I guess I said that. The grill still not working he said I would need another part for $250 so I paid him again $375 for his labor and $250 more dollars it has been a week and a half and he has still not fix

DON'T DO IT!!!!!! Whatever you do, don't trust this technician. Curtis billed me $500 and after three months and 4 visits never fixed my appliance. My appliances are less then 2 years old and my problem is a simple heating coil and a light that needs to be replaced.
He canceled multiple times last minute after I took off work to meet him and would upon his reschedule request only give me a single option for a reschedule acting like it was my fault that he couldn't show up. If I could give negative stars I would do it.
Curtis comes across as a nice guy but at the end of the day he's a crook! I

Curtis isn't a bad dude and I don't think he is trying to cheat you. His biggest issue is that he makes a lot of promises and is remiss when it comes to his professional responsibilities. It's probably because he is busy and does not know how to maintain a proper schedule. He flaked several times, was late on a couple, and had order issues with two appointments. In conclusion, I started this process a month ago, and after 5 visits and 3 missed appointments, Curtis wasn't able to fix the washer.

Curtis Latson Services has been a life saver! They've fixed numerous pieces of equipment for me and have always came to the rescue. Curtis handles all his calls directly giving that personal touch and understands how the urgency of needing a repair is crucial. There hasn't been a unit they can't or won't service, which is rare in this industry. I would definitely recommend them for all your refrigeration and appliance needs.
