Outright racist!! I am not Caucasian and she made me feel very uncomfortable as soon as I entered the store. She didn't want to talk to me, didn't want me in the store. I made a future appointment and she called me and left vm that we will not be able to meet as she is in vacation and they are private and don't anyone.

My husband and I spent THOUSANDS on tile from a Algard. The house was built from the ground up. When I mean thousands, I mean we invested on tile from the outside in. They are greedy! Only a few years later the outside tile started to crack completely across our front walkway...which is barely used. I tried to call them to have replacement tile sent. They barely did anything to help me get the tile. The owner left a voicemail letting me know the style number so that I could go and find it myself. Classless.
