We had a crack in our interior window and in order to fix it they had to break the rest of it. In breaking our interior window they accidentally cracked our outer window. I noticed it after they left but they refused to take responsibility.
So now we need to pay double and have double the work done. But we will not be calling Lumpkin again because they are dishonest.

Add me to the many "1" ratings. I know I am a small customer, but I still should be treated professionally. Once I saw the mess of a store, I should have turned around and went elsewhere.
Bottom line, I went back many times and could not get confirmation on my window repair. When it was finally repaired, I elected to have it replaced by Lumpkin's. The total cost was nearly $180 dollars which was not quoted to me until it was repaired. AND FINALLY, they installed the storm window and IT NO LONGER FITS and consequently is not effective. He knew what he did and just left it that way.

Would not recommend using this company if you are on any sort of reasonable timeline (a few weeks) or need anything in writing (we did due to the requests of the folks buying our home) and it was an ordeal to get what was needed and to get them to communicate with us. We will happily take our business to other local companies for the work needed on our new home to avoid working with Lumpkin's.

We recently sold our house and needed to fix some issues with our windows before we closed in 3 weeks. They agreed to come out on the next Monday, they never showed up and never called. We called Tuesday morning to ask what happened, they said they didn't have time to come quote our house on Monday and would be by later that day. We requested that the quote be in writing for our realtor and buyer. After multiple phone calls after the time the quote was promised to us, we finally got the quote in writing, via a picture of a print off texted to us. After that, it took 2 weeks to get the parts in

I took in two high quality cabinet doors to have the glass replaced. Response time was acceptable but not the work. The glass work was great but when they installed the glass retainer it did not fit near as well as it did originally. Because there were small gaps in the corners it caused overlapping where the ends meet, instead of cutting it off it struck out a least a quarter inch. Upon returning the one door to have it corrected the lady I turned the door over to did not say sorry, did not take my or phone number and acted like I was inconvenience. Not sure how they will inform me when it is
