The outdoor sewage pump on our house stopped working on Thursday night. The next morning, I called 5 or 6 septic repair companies. All of them were wither booked or didn't return my call. Jeff said that he was also booked up, but after hearing about my medical situation he offered to come take a look at my system between his other assignments to see if he could get me running again. He spent a lot of time trying to see if he could get the pump working, because he wanted to avoid me having to buy a new pump, if at all possible. But the pump was 15 years old, and it was finally done.

We had a septic tank located 8' underground. After uncovering it to pump we found it had been crushed by roots and in need of replacement. They came highly recommended. The price was much better than we had been led to believe and we scheduled for the replacement. They were months out but we covered the tank properly as directed and waited. They came out the day they said they would and installed a new Poly tank. They worked with the county inspector and everything was set up properly. It was such a relief to have it done and they straightened up everything even better than it was when they arrived

I highly recommend Motivation Septic Services! Pricing was honest and fair, and the quality of workmanship simply outstanding! I had a new 1000 gal septic tank installed and the drain fields blown out & reconnected, and the process went like clockwork. Jeff didn't mind explaining everything to me (and I ask a lot of questions), and he uses very modern equipment. Physical evidence of his digging in my backyard was kept to a minimum. This couldn't have gone any better!

Mr. Sprinkle came out in a timely manner, keep us informed all along the way. Showed up bright and early and had the repair done in 2 hrs. Made the surface look nice so it will be ready for grass seed with minimal on my part. He's polite and courteous and keeps his word.

No one wants to hear they have septic problems! Especially very complicated ones where many experts shook their head and gave me enormous estimates!
