We needed to replace a 20+ year old fence that this company had installed way back then. We reached out to the team for a quote. Blake came out that day to view the job and gave us a quote the next day. He showed and explained to us the materials he’d use. We booked the job even though there was a three month wait because of other jobs. He contacted us a month early and his crew did the install in a few days. Crew was great and the fence looks excellent. Found Blake to be a personable, stand up guy who we felt very comfortable doing business with. Highly recommend the company!

Blake and his team did a great job on our fence. On the initial consult, they provided great guidance on choosing a fence that would meet out goals of being secure, but also aesthetically attractive. They arrived when they said they would and the team doing the work could not have been nicer. They came in ahead of schedule and under budget. We were very pleased with their service.

We got great advice and service from Platinum Fence even during the difficult spring where a pandemic and rainy weather seemed to slow everyone else down. Each member of the team at Platinum Fence was professional, friendly, hard working and efficient
We found the pricing to be fair for the high quality product and could not be happier with the result. Our new fence has been installed now for a few weeks and as the weather is improving, neighbors walking by stop to tell us how much they love the look of the fence! I would highly recommend this contractor.

Getting a quote from Platinum Fence was easy! They were speedy to quote and offered a great price. Then the gentleman wanted to come out to the site and physically measure. 20 minutes before our first appointment he said he could not make it and would reschedule. After that he never responded a phone call, text, or email. Just dropped off the face of the planet. I would say the company is not reliable and has poor communication skills.

We wanted to put a fence around our home and got a couple of quotes. Platinum Fence was reasonable and timely. A very professional organization starting with Blake and the workers that came to install the fence.
The workers were courteous, kept a clean job site, informed me of progress and schedule daily.
When they were done the fence exceeded expectations and job site was spotless.

We never thought we'd need a fence. And then one day it became critical that we get one, and quickly. Blake (the owner) was phenomenal. He was professional, discreet, and took the time to review the best options for finding a fence that we'd love and one that would provide protection for our family. His rates were extremely reasonable and he made schedule allowances to provide installation to us because of our circumstances.
Blake's crew was also top notch. They were working with uneven terrain covered with thick brambles. They did all the brush clearing themselves and determined, correctly, that

I have been trying to get a quote on a fence repair from Platinum Fence for two weeks. Was told they would be out to look at it on a certain day but weren't. When I called to inquire, I was treated rudely. Finally spoke to a guy who wasn't much nicer, but told me he'd have a quote to me by the end of the day. That was close to a week ago, and despite calling this company daily to see about the quote, I have yet to receive anything. Guess they just don't want the business. Very disappointing.

Called these people to come out for an estimate for a new fence. They cancelled the day of the appointment and rescheduled (after I had already worked around their schedule).
Next they called to confirm their second appointment after already confirming their second appointment.
Next, Blake shows up onsite completely unprepared - no photos or brochure and keeps telling me to look at the website. Further, his bedside manner left a lot to be desired as they acted like they were doing me a favor by coming by to give an estimate.
Next, I'm told I'll received the estimate 4 or 5 days later

Horrible customer service. It's like they are afraid to actually speak to their customers. Receptionist was useless. Voice mail would be better. Never returned my calls. Told me there was a 3 week wait for the materials... if I hadn't kept calling I wonder if they ever would have done the installation. Finally did the job a month and a half later. The vinyl fence they installed is flimsy and squeaks. .
