The owner is nice. The units are clean and the grounds are cared for. The price is comparable to those in Albuquerque.
It's a little tight maneuvering a large moving truck through the units but this is a common problem of storage facilities. I like the idea of climate controlled storage even if I don't need it right now.

Definitely the safest place to have our things stored! The staff is great with communication and always welcoming. Clean and safe facility. The gate hours make it easy to access my things when needed. I only expected to use the facility for a month but then had no trouble when plans changed and I used their services for almost a year. The best rates in the East Mountains!

I rented a unit at 344 Storage for over 5 years and was extremely pleased with both the my storage unit and the great customer service I received. My unit was spacious, fairly priced and the entire property was well maintained and secure. I would highly recommend this property if you're in need of rental space.
