Very nice young man named Matthew arrived quickly and went right to work to determine why my heating system did not work the night before. He quickly found the problem was a pressure switch and corrected the problem right away did a test with the thermostat and the heat was working again. Climate Pro installed a great unit on to my house and I had low bills all through the summer and a low bill with the last month of heating. I would like to send a shout out to Christine at Climate Pro so quickly answered my call and sent the service man to my house. They are all nice people at this company.

I have been using Climate Pro and their services for 10+ years. Their customer services, prices, employees and owner are all incredible every single time.
On this particular visit, Chris was our repairman and following the repair, Matt came out to talk to us about a new unit and pricing. He spent a couple of hours answering all of our questions and was so patient and kind!

Chris was on call on Christmas eve and came to our home to diagnose an HVAC system that would not turn on. He discovered that some critter had chewed on our power connection and he re-routed the new wiring above ground to prevent those pests from doing more damage. All that in the pouring rain! Chris gets 5 stars for his responsiveness but the dispatch system was funky and he didn’t get my messages until the second day. Not his fault.

James was excellent. For one he provided top tier service, you feel like a friend is in the house not just a company you called. Second, I know nothing about amps and all the technical side of a unit but he simplifies the explanation to where I easily understood where the malfunction was. Along with providing multiple options to address them with both short term, quick fix options and long term efficiency options.

Chris was amazing and thorough. He was on time. He explained the entire process. He even noticed some things on our rooftop I was not aware of. Saving me money on a roof and step repair. I would give Chris 10 stars. The company I would probably give a little lower rating. I think over selling a service plan when you haven’t even had the service is a little much. Who would buy a service plan until you have had the service. 🙃

Long time customer happy with their service. Spencer was here today to discuss options to replace my 17 year old system before it fails. He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest about whatever is or isn't wrong - just like all their employees every time they come out for regular maintenance.
He did a thorough assessment, asked what my needs are, answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly. I'm happy with the estimate- actually surprised it was less than I expected! Highly recommend 👌

I used ClimatePro to service my AC unit for a few years. I participated in the maintenance tune-up service program. I was fine with this plan until ClimatePro started telling me of major repairs to the AC beyond the annual tune-up. I started wondering how a new AC unit just under 5 years old would have so may major repair issues. The unit was purchased in latter part of 2013 and it already required major work throughout until 2018, when it just stopped working. I see other homes around me with their original AC units when they were built in 1975 and I wonder why my unit is kaput in just 5 years

We were on the verge of selling our house and wanted to make sure there would be any last minute issued. Last thing we wanted was an AC failure during a showing. We saw this bright colored van driving down the freeway and called the number. Lady on the phone was very professional and got us scheduled promptly.

I dealt with company a few years ago, Last service was about 4 years ago when the service man came over for the yearly check up, this guy was trying to tell me to replace the electric motor that drives the fan because it had grime on the motor he was telling me the motor was leaking oil, this motor has no oil to leak, it's electric!!!! it was just dirt. It's been about 4 yrs and the same motor he wanted to replace is still running just little more grime. Beware of the service dept!!! Our AC units were fine. We are former Flores Air customers so called them out for a basic tuneup/checkup. Our reward? We ended up paying $1600 for compressors and surge protectors. Big mistake. Now, less than a week later, one of the units was making a funny noise, and now the other has stopped working entirely. It keeps tripping the breaker and turning off. Just terrible. I've dealt with this company for a while and then stopped. Years passed. And then recently had to replace my AC system, called them to see if they could send them out to see if it could be repaired, and suddenly all the memories and problems I had with the company came flooding back to the surface. Called Climate Pro at about 9:45 pm to come out and check A/C unit in
my rental property in Tempe. Condo was then at 84 degrees and going up. Thomas called me back and got to the condo in 40 minutes. Thomas was masked, carried ID and was very professional. Within a short time he called me and said the A/C unit needed a new Capacitor. By 11pm, the A/C unit was working and the condo was cooling down. Thomas explained their Maintenance Program for $16.99 a month. Removed the $69 visit charge and gives us two free maintenance checks a year.

A few years ago Climate Pro bought my old AC company Flores Air - a great family owned company I trusted. I got a cold call out of the blue from Climate Pro offering a special on a "super tune up". It was affordable and it had been a while since our units have been looked at so thought it would be a good idea. James came out and inspected my units for like 4 hours. I thought; wow they are doing a lot. But then after he was done climbing around in my attic he spent another hour reviewing all the things I could do to service my unit (and how much it would cost). I just want to add my poor experience to the numerous others in hopes you will read this and not support this company. Climate Pro replaced my very old, 2 1/2 ton unit on 3/30/2017 for $6,334. Goal: to eliminate costly repairs. But 3 years and 28 days later, the new AC unit is not working. Diagnosis: Bad coli - "it just happens sometimes" according to them - "just some unfortunate bad luck for me". The part is under warranty but the cost was quoted at $1400 for the labor. What ?! -This is the very definition of a high cost repair in my book.

Scammers up sales. Never let them do work on our AC Unit again. One shot and they blew. We had a family friend come out and fix what they said they wouldn't do in 15 minutes. Charged us $60 and now our AC works perfectly, and the part costed $86 from Home Depot. Biggest scammers in the world. Hire a private guy. Not a business.

We used Flores Air prior to these guys who went out of business and recommended this company so we trusted that. Seems like maybe they go around buying up small companies? They were pleasant but total up sellers and charged us $60 just to tell us about the $1700 our only 4 year old unit needed. They push their 'plans' and followed up w another sales call 2 days later. Sales over Service...would not recommend.

I appreciate you taking the time to cover my clothes in the closet with a tarp, as it has my dresses and a tux for a wedding in it (we leave in the morning). You took care and picked up any insulation that may have fallen on my closet floor, and you didn't feel you had to announce you did it... You just did. Thank you again, we will sleep well tonight.

I don't know where to start. Not only was the end result almost 10k more than the other 4 estimates I received for a much lesser product, but the way I was treated was so unprofessional. Right after looking in the attic, I was told that he's prefer to speak to me when he could speak to my HUsBAND so when would be a good day to reschedule so that my husband could be here?. I was so taken aback by how blatantly chauvinistic it was. To make the immediate assumption that I was not making the decision and would need my husband here to do so. A Flores Air customer, who Climate Pro bought, called today to seek warranty service - potentially the HVAC (June 2018) was not installed properly. They were going to send out their service manager Brenden. 20 minutes later, I get a call back, "We can't come to your house, we have no warranty obligation for installation problems, and we don't want the liability...".
Way to stand up, Climate Pro!!
Complete fail in my view, wouldn't even come to look. Might not be an installation defect, could be the unit itself.

Do not waste your time with this company. I made the mistake of signing up for their Gold membership. Which entails monthly ac unit check ups. This happened maybe twice in the year. I have been trying for the last 6 months to try and cancel this membership. Each time I do the ensure the membership is cancelled and yet every month I keep getting charged. Complete joke.
Next I would be quoted for an outrageous price on fixing something. I then got a different quote from someone else and it's half the price.

The technician, James, was very friendly. He came out on a Friday and went about the business of checking our system, then came inside with the verdict. He explained in great technical detail how much our system was going to suffer, especially if I didn't pay to have them cleaned RIGHT NOW. This is when I noticed he'd left his ladder and tools out

My ac kept tripping the breaker so I called Flores AC company who I was very happy with. Climate Pros answered the phone and said that Flores had retired and had given his customers over to climate pros. I trusted them and asked them to come check out my AC.

We were referred to CP by our former A/C company (Mustang Heating & Air). They were going out of business and sent a form letter to all their clients saying CP was the company they had vetted and were recommending we all switch to. That was about 7 years ago.
We belong to their Gold Plan where they come out every 3 months and do a checkup for free ($16.99 per month is debited from our credit card), PLUS if any work or parts are ever needed, there is a discount, PLUS if we ever need emergency service we get priority service.
They do try to get ahead of any issues and recommend extra cleaning
