Super friendly and great customer service. Called in the morning, Kevin came in the afternoon. After listening to what we had happening, he treated the problem, then came in, and took the time to explain what he did and what we should expect. Eliminated our hornet problem. Very reasonably priced and a local business. We'll definitely call them in the future with any pest control needs.

I wish I could make a great review like everyone else but we can't. I will say that I appreciate them fitting us into their crazy schedule last minute, that was going above and beyond!
Other than that, we were disappointed with their service. They came out and placed poison stations inside but they didn't even do an inspection of the inside or outside. They should have put stations on the outside too. We ended up calling another company who was way more thorough and placed stations on the outside as well.
I know to rid of mice can be a lengthy process their service should cover multiple trips

Called around 10am today to get a quote on wasp removal. They said they’d be out by 1pm. Around 11:30am they showed up and were extremely friendly and professional. They’re a locally owned business and I will definitely use them again.

I'm new to the area and this is the first spring in my house. I've seen a few stink bugs and boxelders inside, but when we had a couple of nice days, I started seeing wasps flying around the eaves in multiple places. That's when I looked online and found McDonnell Pest Control. They were able to come out within a couple days and sprayed the exterior to prevent the bugs I saw inside. Then they treated to eliminate the wasps. Before he could finish, it started raining so he couldn't complete the job that day. I got a call the next morning to schedule the tech to come out that afternoon to complete

Amazing service and the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! They provided us with way better solutions to our wasp problem than any of the big chain pest control companies. They did a perfect job of eradicating all the wasps that created a nest near our roof. It has been almost 2 months and we have not seen a single wasp. In addition to the quality of work, McDonnell is also priced well! Hands down, I would recommend this company for any pest issues you are having and I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to.

Called on a Saturday afternoon with some bees in the house. Even though the owner Danny was heading out of town, stopped over within 20 mins of calling and got us fixed up. Now that is caring about your clients! Totally happy we made the call, they seem to know bees pretty well!
