A car ran into the side of my building and Caromark handled for me very well. They dealt with the insurance company from start to finish in a way that I could never have done myself. Work was done on time and Dara Whiting was fantastic at communicating throughout the process and keeping me informed/educated on what was going on. Would definitely use again.

Caromark was great to work with when our house was damaged by a car running into our garage. I called Caromark in a complete frantic and both Bobby and Dara were great. They had someone at my house within hours to make sure our house was safe and secure. They were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable when dealing with the insurance company. Rodney give excellent work and made sure we were happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this company for any type of construction repair. Bravo on a job well done!!!

Poor communication. Makes excuses why projects haven't started and repeatedly have to be delayed. Even used the same excuse on two different occasions because they forgot they had already used that excuse before. You have to be the squeaky wheel to get ANYTHING moving. Lots of broken promises. Extremely disappointed after seeing good reviews. I don't recommended this company.

Highly recommend Caromark for restoration projects. I did a lot of research for contractors and they were recommended to me. I’m so glad I chose them as they made the entire process as painless as possible. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to ensure all work was pre-approved and there would be no difference in quoted and final charges. I even had several hiccups along the way (no fault of Caromark) and Dara communicated frequently and ensured timely resolution of the issues. We recently closed on a new house, and had hired another company to build a wall and install double doors for a workshop my husband wanted. But after reading some negative reviews about the first company we hired, my real estate agent recommended Caromark Builders. I called them on a Saturday (expecting to leave a message), and Bob answered the phone. I explained the situation, and he had Jerry come out that Monday, and we began the work that same week. Needless to say, we were very happy with the job they did, and the company's professionalism. Thank you again for giving us a beautiful room.

Caromark re-roofed our fellowship hall seven plus years ago. A leak which we had before they did the job reappeared a few years later. Due to a filing mistake we had los contact information Cleaning out an old filing cabinet we found that information last month. Contacting Caromark they immediately responded Their man found improperly installed flashing ( not easy to find ! ) from the construction of the building, fixed it Caromark would not bill us until I insisted I highly recommend them.

In preparation for the storm, I reached out to them to assist with the installation of a generator. They responded and had someone lined up within 10 minutes of my initial outreach - the day that the storm was supposed to hit! Their customer service was very fast and very accommodating. I ended up having to cancel the appointment because my husband has also reached out to another company, but Caromark Building Group was very understanding. I DEFINITELY plan to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance.

I contacted the team at Caromark for advice and formal quotations for remodeling our 25 year old home. Our plan was to try and schedule the work, which included replacement of 40+ windows, complete kitchen remodel, downstairs hardwood installation, carpet replacement, bath and laundry floor tiling, and interior painting.

Caromark has been doing various repairs, roofing, and siding projects for our HOA at our condominium community for several years now and they have done a great job. I recently hired them to do a repair to some siding and gutters on my son's unit. Unfortunately when they took the siding off there was extensive damage to the 2x4's and insulation, allowing cold air and critters inside the walls. They did a great job completing the repairs requested as well as the making the outer wall stable again. I will use Caromark again and highly recommend this company.
