We recently had garage doors installed by Dependable. We were very pleased with the entire transaction. Eli (the owner) came to our home to give us an estimate. First thing that we liked was that they use Wayne Dalton doors which are very highly rated. We were shown the different styles. Eli offered excellent advice on color and style. Others gave estimates, but his quality and overall knowledge made Dependable the obvious choice. We got the quote on Tuesday and they were able to complete the job on Thursday. The doors are beautiful and such good quality. Highly recommend Eli and his crew.

Newburyport Customer: Eli Moyal, who is the Owner of Dependable Garage Door, did a great job on my garage door. Eli visited our house a couple of times to go over things with us and was always patient with us on our questions, etc...to make sure that we were getting the right garage door. His installation crew did an excellent job in completely removing our existing door and installing the new one. We had a small technical issue with one of the wall mounted devices (nothing to do with Eli or his installers), but they were very responsive in coming back to our house to fix the issue, which we appreciated

Dependable Garage recently installed a garage door on our house. The door was old and was badly in need of a facelift. Eli the owner is very professional and ready to answer all questions. The quality of the work was excellent. Eli's crew showed up on time, they were professional in every way and once the work was completed, they left the jobsite in immaculate condition. We are totally pleased with the work that was done and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair or installation work. I would definitely use them again.

Proceed with caution. They will be very prompt to schedule initial visit, but if there are any issues, you are most likely SOL!
I initially contacted them right before COVID to get an estimate to service my garage doors. After the consult it was clear that servicing at more than half the cost to replace the openers, and includes services mentioned such as new pullys , rollers, rail lubricant and inspect door alignment.
Contacted them to do the new install and they were VERY prompt to want to do the work right away, same day but I couldn’t make it work. After install, I contacted owner with

My husband and I called dependable garage services at 5:30pm to come fix our garage and Eli was here in less than 40 minutes! Eli was not only pleasant but efficient. After asking for Eli’s card, we found out dependable garage services also does paving, landscaping and snow removal! Amazing Job done by Dependable Garage. I called Eli the owner to meet at the house. Early morning next day was there we discussed everything and it was next day service. They did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the results. When they said they can do next day service I was excited because other companies were 2-3 weeks and their prices were even better. Here are some before and after pictures. I highly recommend their services to anyone needed Garage Doors.

These folks were great to work with and very professional. I have a 100-year old barn that already had two garage doors, but they had been broken for years and needed to be replaced. Manager Eli came by to assess the situation and clearly explained my options.
Less than two weeks later the installers Matt and Jimmy came to put in the new doors. Since the barn is so old, it was not a standard installation, but Matt figured out exactly what was needed and stuck with it until the job was completed to his satisfaction and mine, at no extra charge. The new garage doors look great and work perfectly
