I hope I never again have water damage and mold to contend with, but if I did, I would contract with Mike Russell without question. He was responsive, knowledgeable, personable and punctual. Mike deserves all of the accolades in the world! After realizing we had a dead rodent somewhere in our air duct system, Mike worked his schedule to make sure he could get to us ASAP. He cleaned all of the air ducts, vents, registers and returns before going on a scavenger hunt to find our deceased furry nightmare. Mike was thorough, efficient and exuded the best customer service (with a healthy dose of humor) through the whole thing! I would highly recommend Mike and America's Restoration Services to everyone!

Prompt response to our flooded basement with a great attitude. They not only thoroughly dried everything out with nice equipment, applied antimicrobial to all surfaces. They discovered a mold damage issue, gave me a fair price and removed the mold and corrected the issue to make sure it doesn't happen again. Now our home is back together and better than before the flood. Highly recommend America's Restoration Services to anyone with flood damage or mold remediation needs.

We recently had a flooded basement and America’s Restoration Services resounded immediately. Great service all the way around, not only did they dry everything out, now my house looks better than new and they cleaned my air ducts as well. My house looks and smells great. You hope you never need a service like this... But when you do.... I'd say Use these guys!!! They are prompt, efficient, really nice people... They did everything they said they would.. Mike was great to work with, understood exactly what needed to be done and went right to work. Kept the area as clean as possible. Great job, Highly Recommend!!!

Excellent job with whole house duct cleaning. First time we had ducts cleaned after new construction and there was lots to clean. Mike and his staff were prompt for the scheduled time and did an excellent job. Very detailed and thorough cleaning. Mike is very detailed oriented and ensures high quality work.
