DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE CALL SOMEONE ELSE! We had a slow draining toilet, and kitchen sink so we tried to snake the line and when we couldn't make the repair we called around and Duvall Plumbing was the most responsive, but that is the only positive thing I have to say Hunter came.out and was nice enough but left us with no working toilet and charged us 300 to not fix the issue but make it worse. At least before we called we could use the restroom, he said it would cost us $900 and a new toilet and they would call tomorrow to try to get us on their schedule. NO THANKS

I have been getting multiple quotes on repairing / replacing a main line valve for my commercial property and I made that very clear with reception the day prior. Good thing is they do not charge $90+ to just come out and give a quote however it was the absolute most distasteful experience I’ve had with their person that came out to give us a quote. The gentlemen had the audacity to ask if we “had the funds” to complete the task which most certainly we do and most likely would have gone with their estimate but after hearing that we wanted absolutely nothing to do with the company.

Until today I had never used Duvall Plumbing. They were recommended to my by a friend. I had a problem on Sunday (yesterday) and called them. On they phone they were personable and responsive. They told me they would have someone out to my house first thing in the morning. Today they showed up right away. They were actually early, which was a nice change. You don't get that kind of responsiveness (which is why I asked my friend for a recommendation). I'll be paying it forward and recommending Duvall to everyone I can. They were excellent.

These guys were awesome. We had a waterline break inside of our water meter box and they came out promptly to repair it. They were super knowledgeable and had the water back on very quickly. I would highly recommend.

After an absolutely horrible experience with another plumbing company, I called Duvall. From the first call (Jordan, that answers calls and makes appointments etc is wonderful!) through the knowledgeable, professional guy that gave the quote, through to the actual job this experience at a clients job site was The Best! The job site is an 8000 sq ft house that hadn't been fully remodeled since it was built in the 70's to give you an idea how huge the job is. Clearly a job for pros and that's what this company is made of! Highly recommend!

I had lots of fixtures to be installed. I recieved a call to discuss my project and a very rough estimate which certainly helped. These gentlemen are top notch plumbers!!! Very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. They installed a gas cook top, garbage disposal and bathroom sink plumbing. They also installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system and literally did an amazing job. It works properly, they explained that I would need to allow it to fill up and dump the water at least twice prior to use. In addition, the spatial planning and neatness executed in the installation is much appreciated
