I purchased a new smart key for my Jaguar XK on Ebay which turned out to be defective. Jeff did his best and was kind enough not to charge for his service. No car dealership would do that. Lesson learned, don't buy key fobs online even if it seems like a good deal. Would do business with him again.

Repeatedly I've tried to give Jeff business, everytime he quotes higher than what the dealer actually charges me.
key broke off my honda fob, fob still working

Jeff was awesome! I needed a spare Tibbe key cut for Ford Transit Connect. The Ford dealership couldn't get me a key! Jeff to the rescue. Great service from first phone call, to prompt arrival, to fast service, to better price than Ford dealership (who couldn't even figure out how to get a key but if they did it would be $300 minimum.) Very friendly and personable. Not sure I'll need a locksmith again, but if I do, Good News Lock and Key are the only people I will call. Highly Recommend!!!

Recently, I needed a spare key made for my 2015 Yamaha fz07. I called to inquire about pricing and availability to get a duplicate key made. They scheduled an appointment based on my availability and quoted me extremely affordable price.
The key duplicating process took 5 minutes, they verified the spare worked in every aspect of my bike, and the gentleman was friendly. 5/5 I will use them for all of my future locksmithing needs.

I witnessed Jeff the owner not follow detour directions signaled by a police officer in downtown Mystic during a protest. It’s my opinion that he intentionally didn’t follow instructions from the police officer to intimidate peaceful protestors. I have repeatedly reached out to Jeff and his wife Cindy for a discussion but they only delete my posts. I have pictures and video, as well as others who saw what I saw. I am willing to provide evidence to my claim if you would like to see Jeff in his Good News work truck with your own eyes. Or Jeff I would love to speak with you directly. Thank you
