We moved into a new home in Oak Tree Park at the end of July and had water intrusion issues shortly after. We found Casey Dunn at Precision Total Management through Next Door after interviewing several other companies. Casey and Brandon at PTM were both a pleasure to work with! They came up with a solid solution for a reasonable price (less than half of what another company quoted) and we are thrilled with how everything turned out! Now, we won't be panic-stricken the next time it rains! In fact, we are looking forward to it! PTM also laid some sod for us and they also do concrete work. I checked
