I hired Ted Knox to set trusses on a building. Corey is very knowledgeable and VERY helpful, as was his rigging guy. Marilyn at the office is very pleasant. My only complaint is they over charged me and after I left a couple messages they only would say that the bill is correct. I know that the rate was 175 per hour, 4 hour minimum, that is fine. I was unaware that they charge travel on top of that, but ok, I can deal with that. Issue is Ted Knox asked if he could park his rig at the jobsite as it was in town already so he did not have to drive it home and back to my site, no problem for me, except
