My whole house flooded and I called Square One at 4 AM. Ryan said I was third or fourth on the list and he would have someone out that afternoon. I called back in the afternoon after bailing out my house from additional rain to be told Ryan would call. Three days have now passed and I never had a call. Very disappointing at a difficult time.

Highly Recommended! We had a small attic pipe leak for several days that resulted in drywall and baseboard damage involving 2 bedrooms and a closet in a 1958 block ranch. After some research and checking BBB I called Ryan Riedy owner of Square One Restoration to check it out. He arrived quicker than I would have guessed with a case of fancy cameras and other gear that can see the water content in the walls to see the extent of the damage without ever pulling out a hammer or wrecking bar. My water heater broke at 3:00AM New Years Day, flooded the garage and into my house ruining wood flooring, carpet and dry wall. Saying Ryan's team provided a great experience for a less than ideal situation would be an understatement. They were able to come out on short notice, quoted me _FAR_ less than a competing company, and saved me potentially thousands of dollars in repairs.
