Signature Architects was formed in 1990 with a goal to provide an alternative to the typical design and construction process. Our approach to the design process centers on the principle that, in order for the project to be a success, all of the key personnel involved in a project need to be involved from the start of the project.
This approach allows both the design and construction to be custom tailored to the needs of the client by having the "team" listen, respond and achieve the best solution. The end product of this process is a synthesis of the architect's technical knowledge, the contractor's expertise in construction methods and economy, and the owner's expertise on how they operate.
Overall, the best design and value can truly be achieved. Every project we design is looked at as a unique building, even though we may have done many of the same type. All clients are unique and we pursue putting their signature on what is designed. We are thankful that each project of which we have been a part has exceeded the owner's needs and has never exceeded the budget.
