We had a little problem choosing our mover because we seen bad reviews on all of them so we didn?t see but a couple on About the Move and called. The office personnel were great to work with and the team of movers was awesome. Careful and polite we made it to our new place without any infractions. We have had an interesting five years in which we have had to move several times.

Joshua and the team at About the Move were very responsive during every stage of setting up my out of state move. The crew was timely, professional, careful, and paid close attention to detail. The furniture and other items I moved arrived without delay at a time of my choice at my new address out of state in great condition with the same crew that loaded the truck while packing up. I would highly recommend anyone use About the Move for any out of state moving if you're in the Crestview/Fort Walton area!

This was by far one of the best moves we have ever had. The communication with Joshua was outstanding and the crew, Ryan, Justin, and Connor, did an excellent job to make sure everything was taken care of and placed exactly where it needed to be. What an easy move -- the team from About The Move arrived early and introduced themselves. They got to work quickly and finished the load and unload ahead of schedule. Our storage unit has a tight turn at the gate and Cory handled it no problem. We would definitely use About The Move again for the value, professionalism and hard working employees!

Two friendly, courteous, and hard working young men (Sherman and Hunter) unloaded a u-pack trailer for me. They were efficient and never complained (as I had experienced with other movers). They did not try to waste time to extend the hourly rate and were never idle...in fact, I had to force them to drink something cold for a moment's break in the terrible heat.
These two men were kind and respectful to me and my mother and took direction easily.
Because of the weather, the lady from the office kept me updated with changes in times and was also very accommodating when I needed to change

We have moved several times in the last few years and every time it is painful. Today we used About The Move and it was the easiest move I've ever had. Cory & Antonio where polite, funny, & fun to be around. They moved our entire house wrapped and in 2 hours, had everything set In place in the new house. And the price is incredibly fair, charged by the hour and a fair rate. Amber was timely and polite to deal w as well. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give zero I would. I've used 4 other moving companies in the last 12 years and this company was by far the worst in all areas. The only good thing about them was their original quote! Go to Eastern Shore movers, Two Guys or Motivated Movers. Hey! maybe I just got 3 terrible movers and they have better ones I dont know but the jokers they sent me and their customer service is what I'm writing about and it wasnt good!

I've had experience with long distance movers before; none were pleasant. When I had to move from Florida to Alabama, my sister recommended All About the Move, who she had used twice and was delighted with. From my first call, and subsequent follow up nervous call with a very personable and helpful move coordinator to the very efficient and pleasant movers, I was very happy. The cost was a fourth of the other movers I had contacted. I will always use and recommend this company. Thank you so much!

I had a great move.... the two guys they sent Branton and Orlando where outstanding. They had great personalities and where very hard working. They took their time with my stuff and disassembled and reassembled my pool table beautifully. The person the call is Tammy she came over gave me a fair and honest estimate and she was right to the penny. So I say thank you for a great moving experience.

I hired About the Move to pick up and deliver furniture to our new home in Pensacola that was outside the store's delivery area. They were very cooperative as our closing date slipped and the move date changed. The delay very went fine. The guys were careful and professional. I recommend them when you need movers.

Very convenient being open 7 days a week, the service was excellent, Joshua and his crew (team, because that’s how they worked, together) were awesome. The movers showed up on time, did excellent with my personal belongings and were very mannerly. It was a pleasure having them move me, they made it pleasant, unstressful and they worked diligently. Mine was a two stage move: House to Apartment while our new house was being built and later Apartment to new house. Some of our stuff was in the Apartment while some in storage provided by "About the Move". Josh, Frank and Rob came in, assessed the situation and gave us a fair quote to do the job. On the days of the move, the crew did a great job packing and moving the kit and later delivering the material we had in storage. Everything was meticulously unloaded with caution taken not to damage the furniture or the new house (walls, floors, etc) while they placed the furniture and boxes

Our rental home was destroyed inside by Hurricane Michael. All our contents were extremely damaged. JR, Dave and Trey, our movers, had to remove debris and sheet rock to uncover the majority of our belongings just to see if there was anything to salvage. They came into a very difficult situation and handled it to the best of their ability with efficiency, care and kindness.
