My son referred me to John's Appliance Repair. Since that initial referral I have had 2 refrigerators and a dishwasher serviced by their company. During the most recent visit I was told that my refrigerator was not worth fixing. The technician could have easily tried to fix it to make a profit, but instead he gave me his honest assessment.

I called to get an Ice Maker fixed and got an appointment within the next week. Matt came to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem and indicated a part was needed. He told me the part was IN STOCK and I asked about how long before he could get it and come back. He told me the following Monday. After 2 weeks of calling, leaving messages and sending emails where no answer was provided and no return calls (even though the woman answering the phone said she would call me back with status multiple times), I finally left once last message (and sent email) telling them to give me the part number and

My Dacor double ovens weren't keeping a constant temp. I actually just stopped using them for about a month. You never really know, price wise, what you're getting into with appliance repair. I asked for a recommendation and was given the phone number for John's Appliance Repair. Matt showed up ON TIME and was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix both ovens. Very reasonably priced. I will only use John's from now on and have already highly recommended them to my friends and family.

I called John's Appliance Repair to repair my washing machine. And I'm glad I did! Matt, who was the repairman, arrived on time and discovered the problem fairly quickly and explained exactly what the problem was. He made sure the machine was running well before he ended his service call. Matt was very friendly, professional and provided a wealth of knowledge about washing machines. These guys are the real deal. They sent out two techs and immediately I could tell they were sharp. They did a thorough job at a reasonable price. Could I have found a repair cheaper? Probably. Would I have trusted it as much? No way.

Well, to start out, our icemaker quit working as we were selling our house, so we had to fix it. They came out & told us it would be $497 to fix as we might need icemaker & new water line. Ordered parts, "repaired" & it worked a couple weeks. Stopped working, I called to tell them it wasn't working, repairman came out & he wasn't sure why it quit,… possible pressure into house. Pressure was never a problem in the past 25 yrs. in house. Realtor told us to call them back to have them order new part, as it was defective. Closed on house. I told new owners that parts were ordered

I called John's Appliance Repair at 8:45am this morning and by 2:00pm, my washer was fixed and ready to go! Marcus was exceptionally professional, helpful and quick but thorough with his work. The "en route" text was awesome, and the level of service plus the cost of repair was just outstanding. Thanks for an excellent experience! To quote the most interesting man in the world, "I don't always have washer/dryer issues, but when I do??? I call John's Appliance Repair!" :)

John's Appliance Repair in Plano is the very best and I'll never use another service after today. Our tech, Brian, was courteous, fast and had my dryer fixed in under 45 minutes.
