I have recently taken my vehicle here for a major recall and everyone there went above and beyond to make sure everything was done timely and properly. After being told by another Mazda dealership I'd be put on a waitlist for the recalled parts, I called Daytona Mazda and spoke to Mike, who was incredibly friendly was immediately scheduled an appointment to get it done. When the repairs were done their senior tech Noah even sent a detailed and very informed video of my vehicle's inspection and the repairs that were done. I had a great experience at Daytona Mazda. The staff is great and helpful. My advisor Erica and the manager were great. I was surprised with the manager saying 'Hi' and introducing himself to everyone in the waiting area, I didn't see that before. Waiting area it is really nice - water and snacks. I liked the video that they sent me that showed an issue with my car. They also provide me a reward card. The service received went beyond my expectations. I had a terrific experience with Daytona Mazda and specifically, Catherine (Cat) Garrity. I purchased a car for my wife as a surprise Christmas present. Cat walked me through the purchase, was very knowledgeable about the car and even offered to deliver it to my home on Christmas Eve in order to surprise my wife Christmas Day. She even offered a large red bow to put on the car for added effect. It worked.
There was no pressure from Cat during the sale and a genuine desire to help get the deal done. After the sale I received a follow-up call making sure I was happy with the car and had no questions

I am so happy that I came to Mazda and found a car that suits me and my daughter. Nate made my experience the best one. Excellent service, courteous and helpful staff. Competitive prices. We had our oil changed, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, wind shield wiper replacement. 10/10 in service. They made us feel at home and very comfortable. Definitely recommend making an appointment and utilizing the great team they have over there at Daytona Mazda! Will return for all of our maintenance and Mazda needs!

I was in and out with a new vehicle in an hour! Caleb our salesman is the absolute best. Agreed on a price over the phone. NO HAGGLING. They offer you their best price that they can do, stick to their word, and set everything up before I arrived. All I had to do was pick up the car. Everyone ask for Caleb for friendly service and a solid price.
