New England Overhead Door removed the damaged door, removed the debris, secured the opening for the night, and replaced the door and all the mechanisms the next day.

And when the service is urgent they have always gone out of their way to prioritize the appointment. Technician was there on time, he made a recommendations to replace some extra stuff but we only agreed to replace what was already damaged

They were great for me. My 16 year old system shorted out unexpectedly. I requested an appointment online and received a call back in almost no time after. David was the gentleman that arrived next day and looked over the system, explained what my different options were. He was never pushy and answered any question I gave him. He tried to bring the old unit back to life, but it likely suffered an electrical surge that just finally killed it.
