Sweeney's service came to my rescue yesterday on an emergency basis to help with a major problem I had with yellow jackets that I had discovered entering the house through the sheetrock they had chewed in my attic room area. The problem was bees entering the soffits at the highest peak of my house. After application of pesticide that the bees were forced to take into their nest , the invasion ceased and I was able to stop patching my sheetrock to impede them entering my home. I must add that this was one of the hottest days of the summer , so kudos to the service man. Within the first day, the

Will not be doing business with Sweeney's again. They started off fine enough and sprayed for ants. I scheduled for them to come do a an exterior spider spray. The day of the spray, only about an hour before scheduled window, they canceled. Not with a phone call mind you, but via email. So I didn't even find out until later in the day. I was highly annoyed but decided to let them reschedule. They canceled the reschedule due to rain and just now canceled tomorrow's appointment for whatever reason. At least this time they called, but 3 cancellations in a row where I could have had this done over

My daughter (first time homeowner - different last name!) used Sweeney's for wasps. The technician and company were prompt and courteous but the service was ineffective. The technician told them that he didn't know how to deal with wasps in a bathroom vent (which was their problem). So, he sprayed and said to call in case they continue to see wasps in the house, not mentioning that there would be another charge.

I had groundhogs under part of the house and bees in a roof eve. Sweeney's arrived within a day or two, got rid of the bees immediately, and put in a trap for the groundhogs. After it had not caught anything in almost a week, during which time we saw a groundhog out in the yard, I suggested moving the trap and they went me one better by both moving the trap and also putting in an angled guide fence on both sides of it so the critters wouldn't just go around it plus they put in wire fencing along the part of the area where they clearly came and went the most, so as to direct them to the

Thank you for your honesty when dealing with a possible bed bug issue in Cortland. I appreciate the extensive search you did at my daughter's apartment. Sprayed some yellow jackets in the evening that I thought were up under my siding. Turned out that they were some trim board and sheet rock away from having their entire nest inside my home. With a 5 week old and 2 1/2 year old at home I called their call center and they dispatched someone to our house and took care of any potential issues that could have harmed my family.

We had a lot of box elder beetles in our house last summer so we got a treatment for it in the fall. When I was gardening recently(May) I saw a few so I called. Sweeney's came and sprayed again the best day for no charge. Staff is very friendly, efficient, and professional. Most importantly, they arrive when they say they're going to!!
