We have rented our porta johns used around camp from Thumb Area Septic the past few summers and we have always been happy with the service and rates. They are also the largest accessible porta johns we have ever used. Our staff can actually fit in the unit with the camper they are helping, provided privacy to those we serve. Thumb Area Septic has also donated to our annual fundraiser as well.

We bought an old farm house in Millington and had no idea where the tank was. Called them up and they came out the next morning right when they said they would. Took a while to find the cap but even with the extra time he spent digging there was no additional charges. Could not have worked out better for us!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone...

Called this company to possibly replace my septic system. Guy was supposed to meet me after work the next evening to take a look at it and didn’t show up. I called and left a voicemail after waiting for an hour and he didn’t return that call. I called him the next morning to see if he would like to reschedule, not only did he not answer my call, he didn’t return that voicemail either. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional company.

They said would be there between 8-9 and never showed, I called in and was told there was an emergency pump out called in over the weekend and they would be to my house after that. The only compensation I was offered was a bill in the mailbox and that now I didnt have to be present. Why wasnt I notified of the time change and given the chance to reschedule? I lost 2 hours of pay at work to sit around for nothing and they didnt even offer a discount? Very poor customer relations. I'll be contacting a different company for services!

Called and was told owner would contact me later that day, never got a call that day. Next day got a call saying they were not interested in coming out or doing an estimate at all. Very disappointing to have wasted a day, when having septic issues s day matters.....a lot. I will say the woman who left the message was apologetic for wasting my time. However still very disappointing
