Very unprofessional. The landscapers stepped on all my flowers instead of going around them to trim the bushes when the management company provided them a site plan of my flowers. You can't talk to any of the workers to explain because they do not speak any English.
We have more weeds in our lawn with this new landscaping company then we ever did before!
Secondly, in October, they chopped down all my flowers and then days later, they sent an email stating if you do not want your flowers chopped down put a pink ribbon in them. Well, it was too late wasn't it!

Like other reviewers said the responsiveness is TERRIBLE! I had the owner come out to give me a quote in early September and while the prices were a bit high, he talked a good story about his company and left me with a contract. I called a few days later and left a message, no reply. I called again a few more days later and left a voicemail, no reply. I thought maybe I’ll try be more time as maybe there was something going on with the business that I wasn’t aware of. Guess what? No reply. I waited 3 weeks and called again and no answer and no reply. So basically this tells me they are either

It is very unfortunate that I am writing a 1 start review when I had planned to give this company my business.
I had reached out over a month ago and requested a quote. Zach Camphouse, managing partner, is the representative that scoped out my project. I liked his ideas and what he pointed out so he came across as knowledgeable and I had wanted to give him my business. However, I am extremely disappointed with his and the company's follow through as I had never received my quote or even a response to my inquires for that matter.
I followed up by email and phone to both Zach and the company leaving

Hard working crew comes out every week for lawn maintenance. We get the various services like fertilizer, bushes trimmed, grub control, etc. If I ever need something I know I can get a quick response from the office. Great customer service!

This will be my 3rd season with Camphouse Country Landscape. I am most impressed with their dedication to make up for when it rains and they come ASAP to cut my lawn since they had to skip the normal day. They clean up the lawn and landscaping very nice when they are done. They have removed fallen limbs without me asking which is very appreciated. I am looking forward to having the crew maybe doing some landscaping projects around my property this year.

I originally had Camphouse change my front landscaping from mulch to rock. I was so pleased that I then had them do the sides and back. Two years ago I contracted them to mow, trim, and clean-up Spring/Fall. They are dependable, friendly, and go out of their way to keep my yard looking good. I just renewed their services for 2021, and HIGHLY recommend them.
