Great service from start to finish! This was a challenging project due to patio door dimensions and existing condition of frame and wall from a previous contractor. Window World was able to make it work and look absolutely awesome! The installer was great and took extreme care, time, and work to make it fit just right. From the sale, measuring appointment, and installation with total cleanup their service is outstanding. Very happy! I'm a repeat customer.

We've used Window World on 4 units now and the guys that do the install are great. Super professional, on time, worked well w/ our tenants and even finished the latest job earlier than expected. On the 1st install we had a couple of cracked window panes and they ordered new ones and installed as soon as they came in. No hassle at all. When a tenant moved out the windows needed a bit of adjusting. We called and WW came out and not only adjusted, but showed us how to do some of the adjusting ourselves. Again, no hassle, no commenting on how those windows were almost 2 years old at that time. All

James and his crew were professional, polite and did amazing work. My husband and I were doing some yard work and THEY offered us water to drink (we politely declined, we had cold water in our fridge) but it was very thoughtful of them to offer! The price for our windows was very reasonable. If you you need window, we highly recommend Window World. We went through the Omaha location. Lisa followed with me today. She is also very polite and easy to work with.

Talk about amazing! The sales consultants actually listened to my needs and wants. The project took a little longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. I understand that timeframes now are all over the place for everyone. The installers were friendly and answered any questions I had. I felt they went above and beyond. Highly recommend them!

I have used Window World to replace all of the 25 windows in my house. They have done an excellent job each time, and I am very happy with the quality of the product for the price. Most recently, I had them put siding on the fascia and eves of my house which looks fantastic, all done in one day. My salesman, Luke, has always been helpful and accommodating, and the installation crews do fine work.
