Bennett’s Glass was amazing to work with for a large custom mirror! The manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had and made excellent recommendations for the space we were installing it in. The ordering process was easy and it was delivered quickly. The employees were very professional. The mirror is beautiful and fits perfectly in our space! We will go to Bennett’s for all our glass needs!

I asked Bennett’s glass to fix 2 windows that wouldn’t open without that difficulty. They sent someone who examined them said the bearings were bad and he said he’d get back to me. I waited for two months, calling occasionally to see why I hadn’t heard anything. Finally, the secretary called me back (two months later) and said they couldn’t help me because they couldn’t get the replacement parts. I’ll call someone else.

We have a very small window in our bedroom, and all we needed was a screen in it so we could open it and get some airflow at night. We called about it, and they never got back to us, so we called again, and the first time they could come measure the window was two weeks later. After measuring it they said they’d install the screen the next day, but they didn’t. Timely visit for an estimate for several broken windows broken under interesting circumstances. The team at Bennett's was exceptionally kind and nice even providing a 20% discount due to those interesting circumstances. Also, the timeframe for the installation was great as I understood that it might take longer due to shortages and hold-ups related to the Virus (COVID-19), but things were expedited receiving the windows sooner than expected and installation was completed in just a few hours upon arrival thus sparing us further expense for heating, etc... So pleased with the quality of windows and the service that we received from Bennet's. We originally had them come out to give us a quote on placing just 2 warped (frames) windows on our home and ended up deciding to replace all of our windows (16). It took about 6 weeks for our windows to be made and then have them installed. The office kept us in the loop for the entire process. Last night in the massive rain and windstorm I struggled to lower my telescoping flag pole that appeared to be ready to snap. We recently had to have a custom 12’ wide sliding door replaced. Bennetts not only came out to do the bid the very next day, but they sent someone out the following day to try to repair the old one before ordering the replacement - at their suggestion. I have never felt compelled to leave a neutral review for any company that I have conducted business with prior to making a purchase from Bennett's Glass. I paid $655 for a storm door with installation from them . The door was defective and I made it clear the day of the install that I was not satisfied. They made a replacement screen for this new storm door and it did not fit tight enough to solve the problem.

I am impressed with Bennett's glass. They have fast service at a good price. I called with a few questions about a mirror and they were very helpful. They offer a j-channel that is trimmed down to make it nearly invisible. Make sure they know which measurement is the width and which is the height so they can make the j-channel the correct size.
