I called at 8:00 a.m. and was able to get an appointment for that same day when I stated my case how urgent it was without AC for 2 days. Jose was dispatched to me and he did excellent work and was very efficient with this time on the job. I also appreciated his advice to me to sign up for the maintenance contract since my HVAC system was out of warranty. I'm happy to get a contract with this company since I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Looking forward to better maintain my main home HVAC system for a longer life.

Update: Tony Kelly Heating & AC has been extremely communicative and professional. Once they realized the initial miscommunication (which happened over a busy weekend), they responded immediately and worked quickly to rectify everything. Throughout the process, they continued to keep us up to date on needed repairs and timelines and respond quickly to our questions. I would now definitely recommend this company!

Our house is new construction. It is not uncommon for newly installed units to need adjustment. Because of continuing construction activities, the air filter and other sections of the heat pump became clogged with dust. The unit began to act up. I called Kelly Heating and Cooling to ask for assistance. The service person, Trey, came out to diagnose the issues.

On Friday night we noticed the house was not cooling. On Saturday morning it was very uncomfortable in the house. We saw that Tony Kelly offers repair service 24/7. We called and were very happy when they said they would get to our house as soon as they could. Jonathan, and his trainee, Clayton, arrived and immediately impressed us with their professionalism and friendly manner. They promptly went to the attic to assess the situation. They determined the control panel was no longer working and they proceeded to drain and clean out the appropriate equipment. They were very knowledgeable and committed

My Trane Air Conditioner was making a lot of noise and I reached out to Tony Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning via e-mail at 11pm. They responded first thing in the AM and was able to come in and check it out that afternoon. Not only were they prompt and on time, but they also were able to receive the part and fix it in a timely manner. I worked specifically with Robert. He was a great person to talk to. Very knowledgeable about the A/C Unit and descriptive . I am very thankful for him and this company with this Florida heat!

Y'all, Scott seriously saved me today! I had a snake that decided to crawl into my unit and commit suicide lol As it decomposed it turned hard and started causing a racket every time the ac cycled on. My poor Airbnb guest has to sleep with that racket next to his room last night. I was also getting an insane amount of flies in my house and didn't know where they were coming from. Now I know. Ewwww! Thanks for coming out quickly and taking care of the issue. I'm glad I'm on the maintenance plan and a part of the #TKfamily I appreciate y'all.
