New Life Roofing has been serving the Phoenix Metro area since 1984, repairing and or replacing roofs on thousands of homes. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality of both material used and the manpower to install it. All of our employees are permanent, full time technicians. We never use contract labor, temporary help, or unqualified people to install or repair your roof.
Virtually every roof system will at one time or another need maintenance or repairs; whether shingles, tile, wood shakes or flat roofs. Many times, properly maintaining your roof will help prevent expensive repairs later on. Remember, your roof protects EVERYTHING under it; ceilings, flooring, and everything in between.
Flat roof systems are not just for commercial buildings. Not only found on homes with 'territorial' style profiles; many homes, whether tile, shingle or wood shake products, have flat roofed patio's and additions which require a quality system which will provide many years of service to the homeowner.

Super unprofessional and rude staff! When they came not only where they an hour late, but they drove up like a crazy person almost hitting multiple cars on my street. When they finished the employees left trash all over my yard that I had to clean up filling my trash can completely. I'd say to fire just the employees who came to our house but they gave 3 different names probably because they knew they messed up and didn't want to get in trouble when I complained. I will never use this company again and urge everyone else to stay far away as well.

I cannot say enough good about New Life Roofing, Richard and his team. Let me say that I am a tough customer. I check credentials and research every company I use at my home. I ask lots and lots if questions all through the process. Richard and the team were always helpful and tolerant of all of my inquiries. Their work and attention to detail is exceptional.. They did a complete tear off and put on a new roof. I chose to use GAF Timberline Architectural shingles after doing the product research. New Life wont ask for a penny down. They make sure the job is done well and correctly before settling
