Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Terrible builder, really pretty home that they left a pile of hidden issues with! I’ve been two years of being told to”pound sand” by Tami and no-response by John. You’ll pay for the headaches yourself! Better builders throughout SE Idaho, they won’t build my next home!

We really like these guys. They have many years of experience in the East Idaho area, have the ability to build whatever you want, and their workmanship lasts. Fairchild has built two homes for us plus they did a remodel/addition when my Mom needed to be closer. We have been in our current home 20+ years and everything is holding up and looking great. They have a vested interest in our community and are generous in donating time and money to local causes. Did I say they guarantee their work? They do. I highly recommend them.

Fairchild Construction has built two homes for us, plus added on to our current home when we needed a " place for Mom." We love working with them. They were able to help us build a home we love and yet kept us within a reasonable budget by offering expert advice and alternatives to our "wants". John and Randal with Fairchild construction were so easy to deal with. Every concern of ours was met, and they matched every detail of our “wishlist”. Their knowledge and experience helped us build our dream home, everything from the custom cabinets and kitchen island, to the front entry way framing and our double shower! So happy with the way our home turned out.
