Please address ALL warranty issues to our Warranty Department located at Panhandle Builders: 222 Langston Blvd. Martinsburg, WV 25404. You can also contact via email: warranty@panhandlebuilders.com. While the Sales Office is happy to assist with faxing or copying the Year End Lists, they do not handle warranty items.
Bridle Creek, located on Martinsburg's near north side, features mostly acre lots with public water and sewer. Current amenities include a tot lot and basketball court with plans for walking trails and a fishing pond. Bridle Creek's close proximity to Interstate 81, downtown Martinsburg and the MARC train station make for an easy commute.
