Called them on Tuesday, showed up the next day ON TIME!! friendly guys went right to work. located the septic system (i had no idea where it was) pumped out the system, made some necessary repairs and cleaned up in less than three hours. fantastic work at a reasonable price. will use these guys again!!!!

They where there when we needed them, they worked very hard on our Installation, in the Hot Sun for hours..They even made sure the Health Department came for the Permit..We would Highly recommend them.

I've hired this company for septic pumping twice and they are professional and friendly. Great guys to work with.

Tried on several attempts to "hire" this company for property that we own 2 minutes from town, to have septic pumped. Left several messages and no response still 10 days later! Finally got to talk to a lady today who admitted that she had knowledge of our calls and messages.. but evidently she doesn't return calls or set up appointments??? She said they will call me back..? Seriously. Dont worry, I hired someone else.

Called mountain septic, The owner came and drained my septic tank. I paid him cash. He said he didn't have a receipt book with him, He said he would drop one in the mail...It's now one and a half weeks and still no receipt. I've called and called . If you need your septic tank cleaned. I had to call people to find out where this gentleman or I should say this BS artist keeps all his equipment and I had to go after my own receipt . The reason I needed the receipt is because I'm selling my home and I have to prove that I had to septic tank emptied out and he just gave me a hard time about it telling

I started to smell something funky in the back yard & was worried it was the septic. I called them & they came out right away. Super friendly & knowledgeable! My septic was put in in 1996 & they even knew the man who put it in. They did great work, shared some information with me, and were fast. I will definitely recommend them to our neighbors. A+

I am pleased with the service. I found the owner to be personable. Informative about maintenance on septic
systems. They also gave a 30 minute courtesy call prior to arrival.

Greg and his team came out to locate our tank after the county couldn't find it, discovered that our system was way past living on borrowed time. Advised us of our options gave us pricing for all options up front. We decided based on his info to replace our system. Greg and his team showed up as scheduled and did a thorough, professional and complete job that came in within the quoted price.
