Thieves. This group of men (three of them) were hired to help and my children move. Unfortunately they removed a firearm from my safe (keys were attached to bottom of safe during move). I realized 2 hours after they left that my gun was gone. Called "Jared" at the office whom was unconcerned and told me they would "Make a note" and for me to call back if I "later found it". I made a police report and hopefully something will come out of that, but I didn't have the serial number in my possession....UGH!!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They do not care about your belongings!! But they will charge you a arm and a leg. DO not! Use this service even if it's your last resort. Even after completely damaging your item, they have made it so they won't have to compensate much for the loss.

This was probably the worst moving experience of my life. We moved from several locations to Temecula, California. When the movers turned up in Laguna Beach (the first location) they smelled of alcohol. I let it go and to be fair the 3 workers did work hard. After the dust settled and we were all moved in we had an enormous amount of boxes and furniture in the garage. One piece of furniture that was disassembled by them was our 150 year old dining room table. They did this because in their minds "it would not fit on the truck." It seems like there is only one Yelp page for both Houston and Cypress locations. I am writing this from Orange County so this will be in regards to the Cypress location.
This past Saturday, 7/10, I was driving behind one of the Moving Star Inc. trucks in my neighborhood when I witnessed the passenger blatantly litter and throw 3 big red cans one at a time out of his window and into my neighborhoods planters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The service we paid for was not what we were promised or what was advertised. They destroyed and damaged numerous items, things were not properly wrapped for safety like promised, for example, we paid for mattress covers through their company which were not used and no one has returned our calls or emails. I feel like we were scammed for our money and I don't believe the people that came to move our items were professional movers. We hired Moving Stars on March 6th, 2021. This review is long overdue. This company saved my move from being a total disaster! Orginally, I had a planned move with another company for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. My movers showed up w a truck that was large enough for a studio and I was told they would need to make several trips (probably 4) to complete the move and I would be responsible to pay for the additional time needed. This is absurd and I canceled my move with them.
I was worried I would not find another company to move me with in 24 hours until I called Moving Stars! They have a 24 hour service available and I had 2 movers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst moving company you could ever use- thought cause we were going a short distance that we would save a few dollars but this company is literally the worst of the worst. They broke my grandma's ceramic Christmas tree by it somehow falling off the lift gate?!? How in the world does something like that happen and when I called to make a claim the guy was rude,disrespectful and seem bothered that I was upset. If you value your belongins, PLEASE don't use this company. They took 12 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment destroying a TV and damaging a bed. One box "disappeared" and 4 peices of irreplacable, handmade jewelry were taken from my amoire. The customer service is horrible. One of the movers kept complaining to me about having to move me while I was paying by the hour. It's been almost 2 months since my move and no updates on my claim. The worst move ever. Don't do it

I booked same day for a bed frame without box springs and two bar stools pickup. The charge was 330 for this service. I was last minute so I accepted. The guy came by himself (Shawn) and didn't come with any tools to assemble the bed. We begin at 5:00 the guy didn't leave my home until 10:30pm for two items! He didn't have the tools so I drove to Target to buy a drill (45.00) for his business. The drill wasn't powerful enough so they guy continue to drill several holes in a $2,000 bed frame from high fashion home. Long story short at the end of the night, my bed frame is not

Scumbags. Do not hire this company, I repeat... The company charged my mom $2000 for a 9a-6p move, which should have been a 9-2 move. These crooks even modified the contract mid move, increasing the cost. They only moved 1 maybe 1.5 rooms worth of furniture along with breakables. They charged for the time spent wrapping the breakables and shrink wrap. Let me tell you they did like 85 revolutions per item, like used an entire spool per item. It took forever for us to unwrap each item. She didn't have much to move as the condo my mom moved into was pre furnished. They even sent and charged for

Every bad review scenario was the same that happened to me on July 24, 2020. I had 3 damaged custom artwork pictures stepped on and glass shattered, they took some of my tools, Took a Vizio flat screen TV, broke a dresser, ran out of shrink-wrap so I bought more $50. The list keeps going on and on. I will be taking legal action. Please please please DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! Read the owners "about" page and everything

How is this company allowed to rip so many people off?!!
First of all the moving truck had profanities spray painted all over it, and my brand new neighbors with little kids were shocked. Super embarrassing way to start life in our new home...
Second, I was charged WAY MORE than I was quoted.
The two moving guys were nice enough but by the end they were both carrying heavy things alone that should've been carried with two people and this RUINED my new walls and freshly painted white banister (as well as chipping/scratching four pieces of my good furniture).

We moved from Newport Beach to San Diego. Thomas and Diego were amazing and arrived 30 minutes early, on a Sunday!
They had a whatever it takes attitude, treated our items as if they were their own, and were just great to work with.
We have moved many times of the years for business and they were hands down the best.
The preplanning contact was solid as well.
I plan to use them to move our daughter in the coming weeks and hope we get Thomas and Diego.

Moving literally all the way across Houston is a daunting task. It's not like it's across the street. We're talking almost 60 miles. Moving Stars helped me make my move from outside Liberty to the southwest side of Houston smooth and successful.
When I called, the office staff was courteous, professional, warm, and accurate with their pricing information.
On the day of the move, the moving staff was prepared, punctual, and completely down to help in any way needed. It had rained a lot couple of days previous so we were dealing with a lot of mud and nastiness being out in the country

To say our experience was awful, is an understatement. We were promised this company is insured and would properly handle our complaints, yet we haven't heard anything in over two weeks.
The Movers (Daniel and Tyler):
1) Arrived in a truck already 25% full.
2) Did not have a tool kit, back supports, a proper dolly, or wrapping equipment.
3) It was Tyler's first move, maybe second. Saying you send " factory trained experienced certified company hires" is false.
4) They moved so slow, my fiancé and I feel like we moved more than they did.
5) Halfway through the load in to
