We have used Chris multiple times and have been extremely happy with his services every time. He knows his stuff (has diagnosed multiple issues for us that other plumbers missed), has great prices, and is quick to respond. I just moved into a new home and had Donahue Plumbing give me a quote for a Water Softener and a Reverse Osmosis system. Not only did he come in under the price of other competitors but he offered me more options than the others too. He gave me the option to have my salt tank in my garage and to have the Reverse Osmosis system in my basement instead of under the sink. The work was done in a timely manner and he answered all of the question I had about the system and what to expect from a maintenance point of view. Chris was awesome with his assessment of my water heater replacement. Provided me facts and numbers to consider, so I could decide on the correct replacement water heater. Other companies, that I also engaged in the quoting process, were just salesmen who just wanted to sell. Their options were overprices compared to Donohue.
The installation was scheduled and they exceeded my expectation on the install. I have had my water heater installed for 8 days now and everything is working great!

Fastest response ever! After the 5.7 earthquake, our water heater needed to be evaluated before we could use it. Chris came the next day! He anchored the water heater to the wall, checked for gas leaks, insured the vent was properly in place, showed us how to support it even better, and gave us helpful advice to respond to an emergency next time. We are very grateful.

Chris Donahue is an excellent plumber; I never worry when he is on the job. I have hired him for multiple needs including water heater, fixture installation in both bathrooms, kitchen sink. He has repaired poor workmanship by other plumbers. In all cases, he presents as skilled, communicative and friendly with immaculate work habits. He stands behind his work 100%. I would never think of hiring another plumber.
