We've just had our 3rd leak appear in our new PVC roof from Sharp Roofing. They fixed the other two leaks, and we're waiting for them to fix this one. Unfortunately, many leaks can happen where you don't see them until damage appears months or years later. Because there have now been three leaks, chances are there will be more. As a homeowner, it's upsetting to always be wondering about your roof whenever it rains. We're just waiting for the next leak. Our faith in Sharp Roofing is gone.

We hired Sharp to replace the roof on our 113 year old house and it was a big job that they completed admirably and at a good price through all sorts of horrible weather in Dec 2019/Jan & Feb 2020 (yes it took that long). Overall we are happy with the crew and their work. However, the business office is completely non-responsive to providing their workmanship warranty in writing.

If I could provide "0" stars I would. Like many others here, we also had a terrible experience with Sharp Roofing. Cliff & his company were the subcontractors who installed roofing and the associated venting on a brand new home. My husband & I haven't lived here for more than two years, and mind you it was a new build, and we started experiencing leaks and had damaged dry wall at our top story. The general contractor suspected it was the work of Sharp Roofing so put us in contact with Cliff to complete the work since the roof is under warranty.

Our condo hired Sharp to fix an awning. And now we get to hire someone to fix Sharp's "work." When Sharp finished, they left a major waterfall over the awning. They "fixed" the waterfall by adding a rail. But they did not add a pitch so that the water would reach the drain. We now have a cesspool that attracts a myriad of bugs. When I contacted them for a fix, Cliff the Roofer said their materials were high quality and they tapped out. Attached is a photo with a bird-eye view of their inadequate job.

However, the bid was at least 50% more than other companies and we hired one of them. I would not hesitate to use them if the cost was competitive though, they seemed like a good company.

Terrible experience with Sharp Roofing. Didn't even get a chance to get a proper big from them and they said they came out to our condominium complex however they never sent the estimate/proposal and kept coming up with excuses then never returned phone calls. One of the most unprofessional experiences I've had in some time. Please do not waste your time with them. We ended up going with Redmond Roofing and they were wonderful.

My recent roofing project-- a new build, simple but steep pitches-- was handled very well by Sharp Roofing. From the bid, to the work, to the performance of the final product, it has all been good. The two guys who showed up to do the work were fast and efficient. And while English may not have been their first language, they were friendly and professional.
Additionally, this most recent winter has certainly put it to the test! I'm talking about 6" of snow, record rainfalls in the month of February and not a single leak!
I would recommend Sharp!

I have waited 2 years to finish this review because of how livid the experience made me and how long it has taken to try to see things objectively. One star is not low enough. Just be careful you're not sold a bill of goods like we were.
To be fair, our finished roof looks good. That is the ONLY good part about working with Sharp Roofing.
The small discount they finally offered us was not enough to make up for the lack of delivery on several contractual items, including daily clean up and a toilet for the contractors.

Disclaimer - did not receive service from Sharp.
I contacted them about a week ago via Yelp asking for a roof inspection for a house I am buying. I was on a one week clock due to an expiring inspection contingency and noted this in the message. Cliff replied promptly (within 20 minutes) saying he could help, and to please email him my home inspection report.
I emailed and then messaged him again on Yelp to let him know I had sent an email. Never received a response to the email or the Yelp message.
I called the next morning, left a voicemail, never heard back.
Thankfully we found another company

We met with Cliff yesterday to do our roofing certification. He is an outstanding person and did a great job for us. He didnt just tell me what he found, he explained the reasoning behind why specific items on the roof are relevant. He also explained proper care and maintenance to us so we know how to take care of our roof to get the most years out of it. He is an extremely knowledgeable and professional individual. We asked the builder who remodeled our house to provide us with a roof inspection and certification before we purchased our home. Clifford Hurn did this certification and repaired some minor items on the roof and wrote that the roof should be good for another 15 years. We have since had some leak issues and I called several times and the lady told me that someone would call me back. No-one called me back and now I can't even get through to the number. I ended up having to call a different company to make the needed repairs.

I had a roof that leaked in a few places so when it was time to get a new one put on I called Sharp since I know one of their consultants, Russ - kids on the same little league team; stuff like that. I got 2 estimates and a head-check from another roofer about what I'd been told. I have a low-pitch roof and it needed something other than composition shingles. I felt like this was outside the comfort zone of the first roofer I talked with. Even though I'd used them before and all told my family had them do 4 roofs this wasn't their thing.
