Ralph Miller was the gentleman that came out to fix out shower door. He was willing to come out twice to ensure we felt good about what needed to be fixed. He was always very timely in returning my calls and he did superb work. We were very pleased with his customer service and he was very nice to talk with as well. He probably deserves a raise or bonus of some kind!

Very disappointing experience.
I asked for a mirror to be put in an arch wooden piece and a glass shelf to be made.
They could not put the mirror in the arch but when I just asked for a mirror to be cut the shape of the arch-not installed in the arch, the price went up by 50 %. WHY? They had the piece for 4 days and did not even call to let me know they couldn’t do it.
I was given a quote for the glass shelf, which I agreed to. When I went back to take them another shelf for measurements, they had taken the $40 for notches at the back of the shelf and wrote an 8 over the four. So 2 notches

I've worked here for 11 years and it's the best glass shop around. The boss has to keep the doors open for all of us so some small things may be higher then others but that's just it we do big boy jobs!! 33 years plus and still getting bigger. If you know the glass business and need a job this is a great place to come to that's for sure! Thanks CCG
