Mulligan's

We used Mulligans landscaping for our new home and have had nothing but issues with our system. Sprinklers were installed up against the house, multiple heads were leaking and have washed out my sod and top soil. They were given chances to make this right and have refused to do so. I love to support small businesses, if you do to, find another!

I paid for a service in advance. One month later there had been zero communication. When I called after digging around they found my payment and said we were not even scheduled and could not tell me when. Now I am scrambling to figure things out.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service we received at Mulligans. We just bought a new home from D.R.Horton and wanted more trees to enhance the landscaping that Mulligans had already provided. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional. I worked mostly with Peter who is a part of the landscape team and design. His knowledge of our plot and soil was impressive and his expertise in which trees we could plant with design and location was perfect. We are very happy with the whole experience of working with Mulligans and plan on using them in the future.

Talked to Andy (at the corporate office) and explained to him that his guys helped themself to my hose without knocking or asking and that I have pictures. He didn’t seem to care to much and all he kept saying was that he was sorry and he wasn’t sure what else to do. How about you talk to your guys and explain to them that you just don’t go up to someone’s house and help yourself. Thanks Andy. I hope more people see this and what your guys did today was not professional and I will spread the word to use someone else for services.

I booked and paid online. They have never arranged a time to do the service Inalready paid for. Now I cant get ahold of anyone for a refund. They are running a scam.

I bought the discounted standard Mulligans pkg with my DR Horton home after talking to them about flexibility in making changes from the pkg. As it turned out they were flexible at a substantial cost...I made minor changes since they were not flexible (and already had my money through DR Horton). The work they did is barely OK...I could have paid high school kids less for a better job. Every time I look at the work they did for me I ask myself 'what if' I only would have did the research and shopped around...would have probably been much happier at a little more cost. Was dropping my daughter off at daycare this morning and one of your drivers almost rear-ended me and then almost side swiped me...WITH MY INFANT DAUGHTER IN THE CAR in Cottage Grove, MN. Crossing the center lines in YOUR WORK VEHICLE! I have Baby-On-Board stickers and everything but SOMEONE was in a rush to get to work or drowsy behind the wheel. I am completely appalled, I honked and he didn't even flinch. You are giving yourself a bad name by hiring terrible drivers for your company.

The Mulligan team did a fantastic job at my place of business. The previous landscaper chose plants that were not intended to thrive in our region; this was pointed out to us right away, by the project manger at Mulligan's. It's been over a year now, and our property has never looked nicer. Additionally, the plants and grasses that were suggested for our facility, require hardly any maintenance.

I would not recommend Mulligan's. They leveled the yard and laid the sod as well as installed a sprinkler system at our newly constructed house. They did a very poor job of leveling the yard and laid the sod right over the top of rocks and weeds. Almost a year later mowing is a very bumpy job and areas of our sod has died because the sprinkler… system has not functioned properly from day one. Areas of the yard have "caved in" due to improper preparation before laying the sod. When the sod was laid, large black lines could be seen between the pieces.
