Inquired last night about carpet stretching, owner responded promptly on a Sunday night, after hours and had me scheduled for the next-day. The tech was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job with the three rooms. He cleaned up after himself, talked me through what he was doing and why, and made for a great experience. Highly recommend!

Ben and his crew are amazing. Very professional and attentive to each and every detail. They are far superior to their competitors and never disappoint. My wife and I are repeat customers and will continue to use these guys in the future. Most recent services included cleaning of all hardwood floors in our home just before listing it on the market. Immediately after selling we called again for cleaning of all carpeting throughout the house we decided to rent and, also asked them to clean the tile and grout flooring in our kitchen and baths. Ive used Joeys Carpet Care for many years. I remember on Black Friday in 2009, we had a Christmas tree fire and they came and worked countless hrs cleaning up. We had one of our worst weeks & they came to our rescue. I would recommend them to anyone. We appreciate them and have been a true blessing and through it all became apart of the family.

Update we had water pipes freeze at our rental prop in winchester they came to our rescue again even though pipes were breaking everywhere and they had been going nonstop for days they had gone and dug us out more equipment from there storage
