I got this company to work on my parent's roof in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. So far the process has been very smooth. The company feels very genuine and seems to care about their work, and my home. I really like that they have been prompt to all appointments and assertive in responding to my questions.
We just exchanged the 50% initiation deposit today, and will start work as soon as the permit clears, However, so far, Really Good!
I will keep you guys posted once the project is done, and a few months later, regarding It's durability. Nonetheless, we are really getting off to a great start.

Very disappointed in this company , In September 2018 I paid for a full roof to be done they took a month to do the roof and then left there trailer in my driveway full of stuff for another month .... two months on this project
. It is now March 2019!!! A full seven months have passed and my permits for the roof were never !
I paid for a full complete job upfront and they never finished it completely.
I’ve spoken and emailed Richard the owner , and he just stopped replying .
Now that I know my permits are expired , my only option is to report him to the city and express my troubled experience
